This vacation rental is a private gated ocean front home with pool, pier and palapa.
Complementary transfer from the Placencia Airstrip and the house are included. Our concierge will meet you at arrival at the house with a welcome snack and drink and show you around the house. Every other day Maid service is included with the house as well which includes guest laundry if they wish. Beach and yard maintenance is also included as required during your stay. Our concierge is always available if you have any questions/requests while at the house.
The maximum occupancy per BTB licensing is 10 guests. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Please be considerate of the adjoining neighbors as they will be considerate of you. Children and infants are welcome at the house but please use caution around the pool, ocean and rear veranda. We have never had an issue with our small kids especially after adding landscaping to areas around the veranda. The veranda is raised about 20" from the ground level.
The Pier: The house comes with a 100' long private Pier that you can fish, swim, kayak or simply enjoy the ocean breezes off of. We will often schedule our fishing trips for the captain to pick us up at the pier verses driving into town to meet them especially if we are fishing north of Maya Beach.
The Beach: The beaches in Belize are considered "Queens Land" and the land directly adjacent to the ocean is open to the public. You can walk up or down the beach as far as you want to go. Remember to take sandals for certain stretches where the mangroves have not been cut back yet an you will go through a path off the beach.
Beach Seating: The beach features hand built Belizean Adirondack chairs made from old rum barrels and custom built Belizean beach loungers made by a local Belizean craftsman.
The Palapa: This is a neat swinging table feature which is a great hangout spot after the kids go to bed where you are not directly off the back of the house and have a little privacy.
The Pool: The pool is an oversized infinity pool that is 45' long by 12' wide and 42" deep. The pool is slightly elevated from the beach and located to one side of the property, allowing for plenty of additional areas on the properties for activities/games.
The Veranda: The veranda also features custom built Belizean furniture with enough seating for 14 people just in case you have guests at the house. Everyone will still have a seat.
The Roof Top Deck: From the roof top deck looking towards the mainland you can see the Mayan mountains in the distance across the Placencia lagoon which makes for unbelievable sunsets. The other direction you see out to the crystal clear Caribbean ocean with Islands dotted across the horizon on a clear day. There is an additional dining table and seating for four on the rooftop deck.
There is a guest locker on south side of the house that is filled with various items to make your trip more enjoyable. Please treat these items like your own and put them back when finished. Many of these items are not available in Belize, so if missing will take several weeks to get replacements shipped to Belize.

We have tried to think of any amenity in the house that could make your stay more enjoyable down to an array of card games and board games under the family room TV for the occasional rainy day or if you need a little break from the sun.

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen down to a Blendtec commercial frozen drink maker. The cupboards are stocked with cooking essentials for your use but we cannot guarantee that all items will replenish between our visits to the house. Personal chiefs are also available upon request to cook at the house.
